Himmeli 1: Triangular Hanging Mobiles – Set of 3

These beautiful, geometric structures are called Himmeli (heh-muh-lee).  Himmeli 1: Triangle Hanging Mobiles is a set of 3 (small, medium and large) triangular prism (3 sides) made from metal.

Originating from the Swedish word, for sky or heaven, himmel. The Himmeli is a traditional Finnish ornament, a mobile decoration that is traditionally made out of straw or reeds.  Traditionally they are suspended above the dinner table. It is thought that the larger the Himmeli, the larger the rye crop will be in the coming year!
