Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Elsje Designs. We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help! Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Custom-made, personalised products, and sale items are non-returnable unless faulty.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards and downloadable products.
  • Custom or made-to-order items.
  • Items purchased on final sale.

3. Process for Returns

  1. Submit a Return Request
    • Email us at returns@elsje.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval & Instructions
    • Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Ship the Item
    • Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your returned item and inspect it.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during checkout.
  • Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange an item, please initiate the return process and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
  • We will provide a pre-paid return label if we cover return shipping costs.
