Veld Flora Tea Towel — made in South Africa

Description

There’s an hour above Jonkershoek in autumn when the vines turn copper, and the proteas catch the low afternoon light, coral, indigo, gold. Veld Flora is a collection drawn from that hour. Pincushions, king proteas, banksias and leucadendrons, sketched by hand and layered the way a printmaker works a plate.

Care

This is a hand-illustrated, water-pigment print on natural cotton. Treat it gently, and it will keep its colour and softness for years.

• Cold wash on a short, gentle cycle  or hand-wash
• No strong detergents, no bleach
• Don’t wring, don’t rub
• Drip dry in the shade, do not tumble dry
• A slight softening and a small amount of colour settling are normal on the first wash
